This Greenbelt home needed more space for the growing children as well as the parents.   An addition was structured to include a walk-out basement kitchen and play area while the  main level expanded to house a new bath and master suite for the parent’s getaway.  A small nook now extends from the original dining room to provide a bar-height counter that overlooks the backyard and Greenbelt landscape.
